Kazakhstan President Tokayev Inspects Uniton Factory
Teeyer Intelligent Opens a New Chapter in Kazakhstan's Construction Industry
On January 6, Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) plant, the Uniton factory, located in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The Uniton factory was invested by Sensata Group and is designed to produce 150,000 cubic meters of AAC blocks annually. It is one of the most advanced and highest-standard AAC production lines in Kazakhstan in recent years.
President Tokayev's visit highlights the Kazakhstan government's strong focus on domestic infrastructure development and the green building materials industry. Teeyer Intelligent, as the equipment supplier for the Uniton factory, played a deep role throughout the entire construction process of the Uniton project. The company provided comprehensive, one-stop services, including initial plant planning, process design, civil construction guidance, equipment installation, automation debugging, process formulation support, and trial production. In collaboration with Xinjiang Sanbao Tongli, the project took just 11 months from contract signing to product delivery, making it one of the fastest construction timelines in Central Asia, helping the Uniton factory achieve efficient and stable production capacity.
President Tokayev pointed out that the construction industry is a key sector of the economy and emphasized the need to increase the production of local products. Currently, Uniton factory's products, centered around Astana, have successfully expanded to other cities in Kazakhstan, contributing to the promotion and development of local green building materials.
Teeyer Intelligent has been deeply involved in the AAC industry for over 30 years. During the internationalization process, Teeyer has consistently adhered to a customer-centric business philosophy, tailoring solutions to local market characteristics, product features, and customers' personalized needs. From research and development, design, and manufacturing to services, Teeyer strives to localize its operations. Teeyer will continue to support regional users and industry associations in promoting the use of autoclaved aerated concrete products, allowing more countries and regions to utilize lightweight, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly AAC products, thus driving the transformation and upgrading of the local building materials industry.
