The wax dipping lifting device is a regular equipment in AAC panel production plant.
Assembled steel frames with steel pins together to be lifted by this device, dipping into wax, it will help to prevent steel pins from sticky material when drawing from mould.
A batch of steel mesh (or mesh cage) is hoisted by the wax-dipping lifting device and immersed in the wax tank, so that the wax liquid is fully immersed in the steel mesh (or mesh cage). After the immersion is completed, it can be lift out, stay few minutes until the extra liquid drips. Then moving into dry box.
This device can realize the concentrated anti-corrosion of the steel mesh in batches during the production of aerated concrete slabs, which reduces the labor intensity of the employees and improves the working condition.
