The white separator is suitable for splitting finished panels and blocks in AAC production line, usually behind the autoclaving section. The equipment can only separate the products in the horizontal direction, and the interval shall not be less than 50mm.
The white separator is an important equipment in the packaging section. The autoclaved cake will be conveyed to the elevator of the separator and then elevated to a place where the clamps can hold the first two layers of blocks/panels near the separating line. Then the adjacent blocks or panels will be separated by the operation oil cylinders and guide rods. After that, oil cylinders will return to their original places. The elevator, together with the blocks/panels will descend for the separating of the second layer. When all the blocks/panels are separated, the elevator will return to its original position, and the blocks/panels will be moved away. Then the next separating cycle can be started.

After pre-curing, the mould will be transferred to tiling area. The hoister should grasp mould to rotate it with 90 degrees, then the clamping arm controlled by hydraulic motor will loosen to put side plate and cake together on the cutting cart. Then the empty mould base will be sent back to the side plate conveyor line, which is assembled with a free side plate to become a complete mould and ready for the next pouring processing.
The tilting table is installed at the end of the cutting section. The tilting table is composed by a table, guide pillar, hydraulic system, and control system.By using this equipment, the waste material at the top and bottom of cake can be removed.
To make our tilting table more reliable, we use premium oil cylinder. Thus the table can tilt stably and synchronically, while the tilting speed is also adjustable. The whole tilting process doesn't require any traveling cranes, neither extra operations from labor force.
The assembled steel mesh, along with steel pin, is lifted and immersed in a wax dipping pool. This process effectively prevents the slurry from adhering to the steel pin after demolding.
The anti-corrosion ferry cart suspends batches of assembled steel mesh sheets (or cages) and immerses them in a corrosion-resistant solution within a dipping tank, ensuring comprehensive saturation of the steel mesh sheets (or cages) with the solution. Once the immersion is complete, they are lifted out, and after a brief pause above the liquid surface to allow excess solution to drip off, the cart suspends the steel mesh sheets (or cages) with adhered anti-corrosion solution and places them in a drying box.
This device can realize the concentrated anti-corrosion of the steel mesh in batches during the production of aerated concrete slabs, which reduces the labor intensity of the employees and improves the working condition. It is considered an important piece of standard equipment for aerated concrete production enterprises.
