The signing ceremony between Teeyer and Hubei Silver City Construction Group took place in Jingzhou, Hubei, on June 19.

The "Automatic Production Line for Annual Production of 400,000 m³Aerated Concrete Panels" was officially agreed upon by the two parties. structural steel construction combined with ALC panel, the best matching work together to better advantage than ever before, forge a bright future of prefabricated construction industry !  

Located in Jingzhou Economic Development Zone green building industrial Park, the steel structure prefabricated building base of Hubei Jingcheng Yindu Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., LTD covers an area of 350 acres, with a total investment of 900 million yuan from Hubei Yindu Construction Group Co., LTD., Jingzhou City Development Holding Group Co., LTD., Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., LTD.

As the pioneer in structural steel construction of Jingzhou City, the sliver group has deep thinking and great wisdom in products distribution and layout planning, has been built with more than 80,000 square meters of modern production workshops, intelligent advanced production lines of the garden-style structural steel construction base.

The application of teeyer's new cutting machine is like tigers with wings, will make this group even stronger.

This new cutting machine is controlled by a servo system, which can automatically and accurately adjust the cutting position of each steel wire in accordance with the product specifications and set the wire cutting size loss compensation. And the Groove cutter store is equipped with four different types of groove knives, in order to meet different specifications of AAC panels, achieve the online cutter change function. Additionally, the automatic oiling system for the cranes and ferry carts will realize automated oil filling to these bearings, which can significantly lower the rate of equipment failure and downtime.
