AAC Block Production Line for SUONATA

In 2011, our AAC block/panel making machine was put into use in Zhejiang Suonata New Walling Material Co., Ltd. The traditional AAC manufacturing landscape was thus changed. Our AAC manufacturing equipment presented much higher productivity, and the working environment for workers was also greatly improved. The whole workshop can be operated by only 10 persons. Some works like those in the autoclaving section and packaging section have to be traditionally done in harsh environment, now they can be accomplished automatically by Our AAC block/panel making machine. Thus the productivity can be greatly enhanced while the product cost can be remarkably lowered.

Besides, by using our newly developed cutting machine, the cutting precision became much better than the industrial standards.

In the last 30 years, our products had been exported to more than 20 countries and regions around the world, such as Russia,Kazakhstan, Belarus, India,Indonesia, Vietnam, and so on. In addition, we also have our dealers in many countries.
